The bus arrived at 1 pm and we proceeded to arrange our supplies, library, audio-visual system, etc. At 4 pm we had orientation in Culpeppers next to the hotel. Here's our driver, Jim, along with Tina, our St. Louis area guide.

Jenny joined me in a little skit about why Lewis felt he needed a co-commander of equal rank.

Ed Shimamoto met us at the airport and took out to lunch in St. Charles at the Lewis & Clark restaurant, and delivered us to our first Motel 8.  We had dinner - (?) and introductions at the nearby restaurant, Culpeppers Grill & Bar.  It seems like an interesting group
